Very professional. I was referred to Dr. Allen by my regular dentist for the dreaded root canal. What an experience. The most painless dental procedure I have ever had.  Should I ever have to have another, you know where I'll be going.

Dr. Allen is the BEST!  I had had a root canal procedure before he opened his practice, and the infection below the gum line had obviously returned.  He (and the others on his staff) were truly concerned about my welfare and getting the problem solved.  I ended up having two more investigations, with medicine put inside the tooth, but the infection was still there.  Dr. Allen was always careful to explain to me what the next procedure would be, and finally I had an apicoectomy, which solved the problem.  He found the bad tissue and sent it off to a lab to be tested, and I am just fine now.  No pain or swelling.

The equipment in the office is all top-of-the-line, with a microscope used to work in the tiniest places.  All the x-rays are on file chronologically, and he compares the pictures with older ones constantly.  The computer screen is just behind your head.  I could actually see what was going on.  Best of all, Dr.Allen loves doing his job!  I have a friend who is a retired dentist, and he said that using an endodontist for a root canal is the way to go.  I feel lucky to have found Dr. Allen and his staff.  He gives out his cell phone number and encourages patients to call if they are having any problem at all.  In fact, I did call him on a Friday night when my gums seemed swollen, and he told me exactly how to solve th problem myself.  I am sure that he would have gone into the office if he felt it was needed.  The cost of the procedures was very reasonable too.  And like the other person who has wirtten about him, I too almost dozed off while he was working on me!

I would highly recommend Chris Allen as a medical professional.  Root canals are not fun, but if it has to be done, he is the BEST guy to go to in the TC area!

My regular dentist attempted a root canal and it failed. I became physically ill and my physician referred me to Dr. Haag. Dr Haag cleaned up the infection in my tooth and did so in a very effective and efficient manner. He was kind, respectful to the prior provider, while still explaining the reasons for the failure and the expectations of success and the risk of problems in the future. I wish I had insisted on a specialist rather than allowing a family dentist to complete the root canal. I highly recommend Dr. Haag for anyone needing a root canal!

I recently had tooth pain and was referred to Dr. Allen for a Root Canal, the staff and Doctor were wonderful! I was in pain, and they knew it, so they worked me into their busy schedule, and even stayed a little late to get my problem taken care of. Dental technology has improved since my last procedure, I was very impressed! I was so relaxed in the middle of the procedure, at one point they thought I had fallen asleep. I am forever grateful to Dr. Allen and his staff. Shoreline Endodontics is a wonderful addition to Traverse City.

I just had a root canal a few weeks ago at Dr. Haag's office. Dr. Haag and his staff are so friendly and professional - I don't know anyone who can say that they had a root canal with no pain but I can! I would recommend them to anyone needing a root canal.

Dr. Allen & staff were the best.  All were thoughtful, considerate & caring.  I was nervous when I went in and they quickly put me to ease.  I have worked in the medical field for some 39 years and worked with/known many healthcare professionals, Dr. Allen outshines the rest.  I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Haag treated me for an abscessed tooth. He, and all of his staff, treated me with respect, kindness, compassion and most excellent care. Dr. Haag was very gentle and I felt NO PAIN. I will certainly see Dr. Haag again if I have need to save another tooth.

What a wonderful experience I had in your office and please thank Dr. Haag for me.  I’ve had other root canals but I’ve never fallen asleep in the chair before.  I think I got a cat nap while Dr. Haag was doing my root canal.  I can’t believe that.
